Host and Collector Training and Scheduling for 2025/26

Linda Balon-Smith, our Board Member who oversees Operations, is providing the following information and update for the upcoming season:

I am looking for people to volunteer at the courts throughout the week serving as Collectors or Hosts. 

Fee Collectors will start on November 1, 2025 through until April 30, 2026. 

Hosts are needed from December 1- March 31 (if still busy, possibly until mid-April). 

The job duties are posted on our website https://www.pickleballguayabitos.com/. 

The duties and roles may change as needed as the season evolves, similar to last season. 

Shifts will be 8:00am-10:30am from November 1st to the end of December. From January 1 to the end of March, shifts will be split 7:00am – 9:00am then 9:00am – 11:00am. 

I plan on having a Zoom meeting to review the duties for those who can volunteer Saturday, October 25 at 6:30pm Saskatchewan time. Training sessions will be every two weeks with the first one being October 25th.
