Understanding Spinal Cord Compression and Spinal Stenosis

The spinal cord is a vital part of the nervous system, acting as a communication pathway between the brain and the rest of the body. Any condition that places pressure on the spinal cord or the nerves branching from it can lead to serious health issues. Two commonly discussed conditions related to this pressure are spinal cord compression and spinal stenosis. Although they are often mentioned together, they are not exactly the same and can affect individuals differently.

Spinal cord compression occurs when something presses directly on the spinal cord. This pressure may be caused by herniated discs, bone spurs, tumors, infections, or traumatic injuries. In some cases, swelling or inflammation within the spinal canal can also reduce the space available for the spinal cord. Bombero presentation at Pickleball Courts.

Courts will be closed at 9:00 am for approx 1 hour to 1:15 for this important information session.

The bombero's will have stickers for donations at this event to help purchase some needed supplies.

They will be providing handouts and business cards.

Hope to see many of our members attended this very important information session.

Cuál es el medio.

Quels sont les moyens. 

• un tirage au sort pour le premier positionnement avec des partenaires aléatoires.

• À chaque partie, les gagnants montent sur un terrain et se séparent, les apprenants descendent et se séparent.

• Un tirage au sort pour les nouveaux partenaires aura lieu.

• Chaque partie sera trop dure 11 ou 15 minutes, selon la première éventualité.

Hey All, With Permission from the GPCB in its ongoing task to facilitate a variety of play and experience they have graciously encouraged me to formulate a Friday night ladders group.

What the means is.

• a random court draw for first positioning with random partners.

• each games the winners move up a court and split the learners move down and split.

• a random draw for new partners will happen.

• each game will be to hard 11 or 15 min which ever comes first.
