8. Election of the new board members i.). The President and Secretary positions are a two year term. Teresa Joki and Ann Beniuk will remain in on for the second term.

ii.) Patti Cisnero has resigned from the board. 

iii) Jocelyne Berube, Bryce Paton, Linda Balon-Smith, Pauline Landry, Lee Abel, and Martha Martinez all have agreed to let their names stand for nomination. Six out of the seven open board positions have been filled, thus those were nominated are appointed by acclamation.
